We are a small scale, sourdough focused bakery in the heart of the Alberni Valley.

At Nook, we LOVE sourdough. We make our loaves using high quality, organic flours. Our Red Seal certified baker has been baking professionally for over ten years. She started her career at the Culinary Institute of Canada and progressed to baking in the amazing kitchens on the west coast.

Sourdough is just the start of what we have to offer. We look forward to sharing our passion with the community here in Port Alberni.

We are open Wednesday to Saturday. Fresh sourdough is available at noon until we are sold out
