For those looking for a set flight cost VISC offer the following:

Ridge Flight – Take the front seat for a scenic flight along the ridgeline, with views of the Beaufort Mountains, freshwater lakes, waterfalls and Vancouver Island’s rugged coastline. Ask your pilot about the art of soaring, or simply sit back and enjoy the scenery.
Altitude: Tow to 4,000 feet
Time: 30-minute flight
Cost: $325.00 + GST

Peak View Flight – The centre’s most popular flight takes you above the peaks, soaring on thermal energy. Enjoy views of both coasts of Vancouver Island, including Comox, Qualicum and the Coast Mountains, with forests, lakes, waterfalls and ocean inlets below.
Altitude: Tow to 6,000 feet
Time: 1-hour flight
