Our menu is 100% Gluten free, we make almost everything from scratch including our sauces, hash browns, waffle batter, and fried chicken batter. We use some really amazing local suppliers including Hertels Meats, Petes Mountain Meats, Fluer Smokery, Forest For Dinner, Half Acre Garden, Circle Dairy, Mecca Tea, and French Press Coffee Roasters from Qualicum.
