Shannon Farms returns this summer with Gather & Graze—a two-night fine dining experience set under the trees at The Cabin. Join fellow food lovers for a memorable evening of local flavours, community, and rustic elegance.

Guests will begin with a cocktail hour featuring served appetizers, followed by a four-course surf and turf dinner prepared by Chef Matt Dunk and Chef Megan York of VYV Catering. Each course is designed to highlight seasonal, local ingredients and will be paired with your choice of wine, Dog Mountain Brewing craft beer, or a cocktail/mocktail by Antidote Distilling Co., who will also be providing bar service throughout the evening.
