Heifers & hors d'oeuvres at Shannon Farms

Join Shannon Farms for a summer evening of local flavour and fun at Heifers & Hors d’Oeuvres—a relaxed, 19+ farm-to-table gathering set against the beautiful backdrop of Beaver Creek.

Guests will enjoy a delicious assortment of small bites from two of the Alberni Valley’s talented chefs—Chef Celise of Grassroots Cafe and Chef Martin of Neck of the Woods Fine Foods. The evening features a seafood bar, fresh grazing table, and a variety of passed appetizers, with vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

Antidote Distilling Co. will be on site offering a selection of craft cocktails and spirits, and each guest will receive a mystery welcome tasting from Cherry Creek Cidery. Additional beverages will be available for purchase at the bar.
