Pen Pals – Canadian Premiere

Experience the Canadian premiere of Pen Pals at the Capitol Theatre in Port Alberni this November. Presented by Portal Players Dramatic Society, this heartfelt stage production by playwright Michael Griffo explores the enduring power of friendship and human connection.

Through years of correspondence, two women from different backgrounds form a remarkable friendship that spans decades and distance. As their lives unfold through letters, they share personal milestones, challenges, laughter and the experiences that bring them closer together.

Directed by Brent Ronning and starring Katherine Hooton and Alexandra Reynolds, Pen Pals brings this moving story to the stage for six performances across three weekends in November.
