The Frontrunners Vancouver Island Trail Running Series is Vancouver Island’s premiere trail running series that takes runners off the roads and on to some of the most amazing trail networks in Western Canada.
2022 showed off an amazing race in Port Alberni, this is one you won’t want to miss!
COURSE DISTANCES
Gutbuster Long Course – 21k – 500m Vertical Gain
Sport Short Course – 10k – 220m Vertical Gain
PACKAGE PICK UP
As we tend to get a large number of participants registered and to ease the congestion with parking, we stagger the bib pick up times. Package pick up will take place on the field at the Black Sheep Rugby Club. Parking is available in the parking lot at the club.
- Long Course participants can pick up their bibs starting at 9:00am until 10:00am.
- Short Course participants can pick up their bibs starting at 9:45am until 10:30am.
Start and finish at the Port Alberni Black Sheep Rugby Club field with a wicked post-race BBQ!
