Open April 1 – September 30th, our 250 tent and RV campsite offers full and partial service hookups with hydro, water and septic or an authentic wilderness camping experience in un-serviced beach or creekside sites. For a cozier getaway, our cabin accommodations provide the comforts of home with breathtaking ocean views.

Due to the high risk at China Creek, fires are not permitted on the beach.  There is often a fire ban during the camping season, we encourage visitors to bring a propane fire pit, so they can safely enjoy a campfire. The campground is pet-friendly and features a dedicated dog park for your furry companions.

China Creek Campground offers a unique Port Alberni camping experience. Enjoy beautiful views of the Alberni Inlet, a large quiet natural beach and nearby access to the world class fishing and hiking. Visitors can also enjoy scuba diving, windsurfing or rent kayaks, paddleboards, and other water sports equipment for adventures on the inlet. Our campground amenities include a playground, bike park, onsite washrooms with showers, coin operated laundry services and a full service marina. Marina amenities include a four lane boat launch, onsite fuel dock, fish cleaning station and ice.
